        The use of residual materials, such as from plant production or the food industry, not only aims at the cost-effective utilisation of biogas plants, but this also brings about positive side effects, such as

          • We have developed solutions that surpass conventional feeding. BIOG has grown into a specialist for the utilisation of residual materials in a wide variety of forms and compositions.               • THE BIOCHIPPER - EFFICIENT HARVESTING TECHNOLOGY

              • The BIOCHIPPER developed by us allows for harvesting field residues, such as maize stubble, maize straw, stubble, residues from rapeseed plants and crop straw after threshing. The processes of absorbing, chopping and raking are combined into one single process. The built-on technology brings the organic matter together into swathes and thus allows for harvesting by truck. The BIOCHIPPER is available from three to six metres, and it can therefore bring together swathes of up to twelve metres in a contraflow operation.
                • BIOFEEDER - FEEDING TECHNOLOGY

                • BIOFEEDER – a unique feeding system transporting long-fibre and unevenly structured substances, such as straw, green cuttings or even manure into the conveying circuit without any blocking up or bridging, through the intelligent interplay of the conveyor drives. An OPTIFEED control system responds to various structures and thus allows for trouble-free utilisation of biogenic residual and waste materials.

                  By using acid-resistant stainless steel components in conveyor technology, minimum wear and a long service life are guaranteed. The BIOFEEDER consists of a powder-coated frame fitted with multilayer composite panels that have been treated with phenolic resin.
                  Depending on the material, energy demand starts from 0.25.KWh / m³.
                  This feeding technology can be delivered with a volume of between 30 and 240 m³.

                      • Being a supplier of well-proven technology components used in biogas production, we offer well-proven shredding technology as well. As a result of many years of examining the systems of various manufacturers in practice, we are in a position to assort the right components for your needs and to combine them in one control unit together with feeding and conveyor technology.                       • THINKING CONVEYOR TECHNOLOGY

                      • We also offer our own solutions in conveyor technology, which are not only designed for standard materials. There, reliable functioning for a wide range of substrates is guaranteed due to a special sensor technology. Components are adapted to the respective plant depending on requirements, and designed accordingly. The sensors independently identify the composition of the substrates and adjust the conveyor speed or if there is a risk of blocking up, accordingly. Only high-quality materials and technology components are used in production. None of our products is manufactured in series, as every plant has its own special requirements.

                    • Being a full-service provider, we not only draw up plans for plants utilising residual materials, we also design and instal the entire technical equipment on site.
