Connector FOR EXPLOSION-RISK AREAS
In areas at risk of explosion, such as mining and the chemical industry, electrical components have to satisfy extremely high requirements. The revos Ex series offers heavy-duty connectors specifically for plants in which explosion protection is essential. The use of revos Ex has been approved in Zone 1 for intrinsically safe electric circuits by the competent testing institute BVS.
SAFETY FIRST
The revos Ex connectors are designed specifically for use in potentially explosive areas, such as mining. The connector housings are made from die-cast zinc to prevent them from sparking.
