Real-Time Process Control
The LPKF Real-Time Process Control System, which checks every aperture in real time, has been patented. This process is many times faster than an optical scan following the cutting process. If the LPKF Real-Time Process Control system detects a deviation from the production data, the cutting parameters are immediately adjusted without downtimes.
Cutting Gas Management Technology
The StencilLaser G 6080 uses either compressed air or oxygen as the cutting gas. In automatic mode, two different cutting gases can be used in parallel. Gas selection, pressure setting and process monitoring are all fully automatic.
Long Life Laser
The proven LPKF LongLife fiber laser technology is extremely efficient and relies 100% on air cooling. This in turn reduces the system's energy consumption by up to 30%, and downtimes for maintenance work on external cooling systems are a thing of the past.
Dynamic Design Technology
All parts of the LPKF StencilLaser G 6080 are optimally matched to each other and therefore deliver unbeatably precise results. The innovative dynamic design increases output power by up to 20 %. Easy Edit Software
The LPKF EasyEdit software was specially developed for stencil production and is one of the most versatile and powerful programs on the market. It enables easy implementation of customer requirements. Apertures shapes as well as sizes can be modified globally or individually. The opening dimensions are freely adjustable and special programs for special solutions are available.
Easy Automation Technology
The LPKF StencilLaser G 6080 can be easily integrated into an automatic production line. The SMEMA-compatible interface allows the connection to any system with automatic loading routine to be established. Thanks to the automatic frame adjustment, both framed stencils and loose stencil sheets can be cut without hardware adjustments or production interruptions.
Automatic frame adjustment
No stencil adapter is required for the automatic loading of the StencilLaser G6080. Select the desired frame and press OK. The clamp adapts to the new shape in less than 10 seconds. This saves valuable production time and makes you independent of the orientation of the stencil - it can come with the squeegee or the assembly on top.
