Maneuverable and ergonomic with standard design
The Linde N20 – N25 C low-lift order pickers are all-rounders in the warehouse thanks to their high loading capacity and dynamic driving characteristics. The long forks allow up to three pallets or four roll cages weighing up to 2,000 or 2,500 kilograms to be picked up simultaneously. The classic construction offers a clear all-round view and allows flexible maneuvering even in narrow warehouses via an intuitive steering wheel. With the aid of the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the order picker accelerates up to 14 km/h. Maximum safety is ensured by the robust design and automatic speed adjustment. Special attention is paid to ergonomics: From low access to a cushioned platform as standard and a gentle backrest, the order picker relieves the driver of physical strain thus helping them to work more efficiently.

Safety
To reduce risks while driving, all edges of the robust steel chassis are rounded. The battery is integrated into the service space in front of the operator platform. This prevents the operator from being hit directly in the event of a collision. The Linde Steering Wheel centers itself when driving straight ahead. It only needs to be moved slightly to steer, keeping the driver within the contour of the vehicle. Speed is automatically reduced when cornering. Three separate systems ensure safe braking: the electromagnetic service brake, a hydraulically assisted braking system proportional to the load weight, and Linde Brake Control, which automatically brakes when the drive is released. Many options are also available for maximum safety, such as a bumper, load backrests, front LEDs, and Linde BlueSpot.

Ergonomics
For ergonomic working, the footpaths between the operator's platform and the consignment goods should be as short and as level as possible. The low-lift order pickers have a particularly low entry height of only 13 centimeters, which makes frequent entry and exit easier. The wide, U-shaped design also facilitates access on both sides. The Linde Steering Wheel and backrest are height-adjustable for a ride that is easy on the back. A cushioned platform reduces vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces and a non-slip rubber pad additionally improves the driver's standing position.

Handling
Depending on the truck’s driving mode, the 3 kW three-phase AC motor quickly accelerates to a top speed of up to 14 km/h with or without load. The Linde Steering Wheel offers a special innovation: It enables the intuitive execution of important operating functions and is easy to control. When driving straight, the automatic centering ensures shorter distances between two picking positions. An initial lift facilitates transport over ramps and uneven surfaces. A liftable operator's platform is available as an option for first and second level picking (except N25 C HP). A multi-functional display informs the driver of the status of the vehicle. Thanks to the Linde on-board charger, the handling effort during loading is reduced. For even more efficient charging—even during breaks—lithium-ion batteries are available as an option. Many storage compartments ensure that the driver always has their documents at hand from all positions.

Service
In order to keep service costs as low as possible while maintaining full productivity, Linde Material Handling relies on low-maintenance components and a simple design: The three-phase AC technology is completely maintenance-free. Also, the brakes do not have to be readjusted. A service check is only required after 1,000 operating hours. The service technician has free access to all main components and can easily open the battery cover. Cable harnesses and cables are clearly arranged. Vehicle data can be read out on a notebook via a CAN bus connection. Optional lateral battery removal facilitates the exchange to the battery stand.

Semi-automated option
The two semi-automated (SA) driving modes shorten walking distances and reduce the need for constant stepping on and off the truck since the order picker automatically follows the driver or drives ahead. This significantly increases the efficiency of horizontal order picking.
Liftable operator's platform
The operator platform can be lifted to allow occasional order picking at the first and second rack levels up to 2.8 meters picking height.
Fleet management
With the fleet management solution connect from Linde, it is possible, among other things, to analyze the use of the entire fleet of vehicles in order to subsequently optimize the service or capacity utilization of the truck fleet.
Front LEDs
The two LED headlights are located at the front and have a high brightness. They are waterproof and dustproof.
Cushioned platform
The pneumatically cushioned construction reduces vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces.
Load backrest
An additional protection for driver and load is the load backrest, which can be adapted to the height of the load.

The route warning system Linde BlueSpot™ increases safety in operation, as the LED spot makes trucks silently visible.
Lithium-ion technology
With Linde's innovative lithium ion batteries, trucks can be recharged in a much shorter time and intermediately charged during operation.
Inching controls
On both sides of the vehicle there are pushbuttons on the lift mast. The driver uses them to operate the order picker from the outside and walks alongside at the same time.
Panoramic front mirror
A large mirror at the front of the vehicle provides a good all-round view and thus increases safety for the driver, load and pedestrians.
Lateral battery change
The lateral battery removal, by means of roller bearings, enables a quick change, especially for use in multi-shift applications.
Accident monitoring
Whether driving errors, uneven surfaces or improper vehicle use, a shock sensor registers shocks. The evaluation of the data via the fleet management software provides information on the cause of damage and accidents.
Bumper
The bumper reduces shocks in the event of a collision, thus protecting driver, vehicle, and infrastructure such as racks.
Access control
Access control via the connect fleet management system ensures that vehicles are only used by authorized persons. The driver must identify him or herself with a PIN or RFID card before starting.
