Precision and Safety in Narrow Warehouse Environment
The T25 – T30 pallet trucks from Linde Material Handling are designed for use in confined and highly frequented storage areas. Thanks to a narrow chassis and innovative rollers, load handling is much easier. The intuitively arranged control elements on the ergonomically designed tiller head means the operator can easily control the pallet truck with either the right or left hand. The long, low mounted tiller keeps the truck at a safe distance. In tight curves, the operator can maneuver with precision in creep speed when the tiller is in a vertical position meaning that both goods and the truck as well as other employees are well protected. If the operator releases the butterfly steering or changes the direction of travel, the truck brakes automatically.

Safety
The T25 – T30 pallet trucks have a long tiller with a low mounting point giving the operator sufficient safety clearance from the truck; The low chassis also protects the operator’s feet. The pallet truck automatically adjusts its speed when the tiller is tilted and end stop resistance prevents abrupt braking. To prevent loads from slipping an optional load backrest can also be added. The optionalLinde BlueSpot™is particularly suitable for highly frequented areas, warning other trucks or pedestrians of the truck’s presence with a blue light spot on the floor.

Ergonomics
The operator controls all functions via the ergonomic, two-handed tiller head. A button for the creep speed function facilitates precise handling in tight spaces; to do this, the operator holds the tiller in an upright position. Thanks to the user-friendly multifunction display, the operator is always informed about the current status of the truck. The operator can store work equipment such as gloves or packaging film in a spacious storage compartment.

Handling
With its powerful 1.5-kW three-phase motor, the T25 – T30 accelerates to a speed of up to 6 kilometers per hour, making it suitable for transporting heavy loads over short to medium distances or for loading and unloading trucks. Innovative rollers and the creep speed function enable precise maneuvering and offer optimum stability when handling loads, this is also supported by the narrow design of the robust chassis. The arrow-shaped fork tips make it easier to pick up foil wrapped pallets.

Service
The maintenance-free AC drive and the robust, robot-welded construction increase service life and reduce service costs.
