Thread adapters
Thread adapters made of PE for equalization of different threads at canisters, drums, containers, etc. when fixing f.e. hand pumps.
Basically, the JESSBERGER hand pumps can be screwed into the threads of steel drums such as S 60 or S 200 without any problems due to their existing drum connections (e.g. 2 “BSP external thread).
Due to the variety of containers, canisters and drums produced on the market, especially made of plastic, there are also applications where the use of an adapter is absolutely necessary in order to be able to screw the pump safely and firmly into the container to be emptied.
Adapter material: PE (polyethylene) This material is resistant to water, many alkalis, as well as acids and salt solutions. It is conditionally resistant to oils, organic solvents and fuel. Upon contact with some of these substances, PE tends to swell, depending on its density.
