Always the right solution
We produce high-precision, finish molded aspherical lenses, plano convex lenses, cylindrical lenses, array lenses, freeform lenses, and other technical optics, and will reliably supply you with optimally-matched optical components with leading-edge light output. Select from various standard optics made by B&M Optik or have us develop your customized product ideas. Our highly-experienced employees and high-precision manufacturing processes allow us to tackle any challenge related to lighting optics to your full satisfaction. Our finish moulding tools are suited for high volume production. Our optics take into account the required diffusion along with light guidance for an optimized, homogeneous light pattern.
You can use any commercially available LED from various suppliers, including dim-to-warm LEDs, which can change their color temperature as needed when dimming. Our variously textured lenses are able to resolve the corresponding LED dices to provide a respectively optimized light pattern. The optical lenses we use have high thermal and mechanical strength, are resistant to UV and weather, and can also be AR-coated by the factory as needed.
