Manichem D EPDM

Description

  • Delivery hose for handing a wide range of chemicals with a medium or low concentration
  • Meets the standards EN 12115:2011

Tube

  • EPDM, black color, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω), smooth, resistant to abrasion, high temperatures, acids and alkali

Reinforcement

  • Plies of high strength synthetic textile

Cover

  • EPDM, black, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω), smooth, cloth finish, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather and high temperatures

Temperature resistance media

  • From – 35°C up to + 100°C
  • Resistance to steam + 130°C for maximum 30 minutes

Electrical Properties

  • Electrical resistance through the hose wall: R < 10^9 Ω
  • Standard:  Without copper wires: R < 10^6 Ω; Symbol: Ω / T; Alternative: With copper wires: R < 10^2 Ω; Symbol: M / T

Safety Factor

  • > 4-times working pressure

  • Meets the standards EN 12115:2011

Reinforcement

  • Plies of high strength synthetic textile
  • Embedded steel helix wire

Cover

  • EPDM, black, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω), smooth, cloth finish, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather and high temperatures
