IBK – Cooling Water Hose Type Tepicul B
Description
- Dielectric rubber hose specifically conceived for the delivery of cooling water during cooling processes of electrical transformers and frequency converters
- Normally used in steels mills and siderurgic / metallurgic field
- The special outer glass fiber protection withstands splashes of incandescent material and radiation heat up to +400°C
- Dielectric strength > 5000 V/mm
Tube
- EPDM, blue, insulating (R > 10^6 Ω), smooth, resistant to abrasion and high temperatures, dielectric strength > 5000 V/mm
–> Alternative 1: Tepicul is also available with a weiß core (Tepicul W)
–> Alternative 2: Tepicul is also available with a black core (Tepicul S)
Reinforcement
- Plies of high resistant synthetic textile
Cover
- EPDM, white, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather and high temperature, covered with vulcanized glass fiber
Temperature resistance media
- From – 35°C up to + 120°C (depending on media)

- > 3-times working
