Multistage Centrifugal Pumps

Multistage centrifugal pumps from EDUR, characterized by a compact sectional construction in horizontal or vertical design, are used to achieve high pumping pressures.

Fields of Application and Conveyed Fluids

Multistage centrifugal pumps are used within water technology, energy technology, industrial cleaning technology and in cooling technology as well as in the field of liquefied gas applications. They are applied when higher pumping pressures are required for conveying pure or slightly contaminated liquids.

Variants of the Multistage EDUR-Centrifugal Pump

EDUR-Pumps | Multistage Centrifugal Pumps LB-Series

EDUR offers high-quality multistage centrifugal pumps with the LB, VB, NH and Z series. They are available in horizontal and vertical sectional construction as well as in a variety of construction styles and materials, such as grey cast iron, bronze or stainless steel. Moreover, they can be executed with various shaft seal systems and drive solutions. Thereby we deliver customer-specific configurations for our customers. Of course, we also provide certificates of all authorized classification societies and necessary test reports.

Advantages

As all EDUR-pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps stand out due to their efficiency, economy and reliability. Moreover, further product advantages are outlined below:

  • Axial thrust-free, open or load-relieved, closed impellers
  • Compensation of radial forces due to diffuser elements in the ring housing
  • Low NPSH values
  • Possibility to convey gas-loaded liquids
  • Excellent control behavior
  • Optimized size of pressure nozzle for low pipe friction losses and velocity head difference
  • Different nozzle positions possible
  • Protection against dry running
  • Application in vacuum operation
  • Low-pulsation transport of media
  • Optional sensor-based operation monitoring
  • Block or base plate design
  • Easy installation
