The rotoline washing systems are produced in both standard sizes and special sizes. This type of washing facilities are offered with with ultrasonic cleaning, spray washing, Venturi turbo nozzles and hot-air and vacuum drying. A basket washer rotation is both suitbale for washing small complex items in baskets, but also large complex items such hydraulic block and similar.

Modular basket washer

All of our Rotoline washing are offered with 1-8 modules, and they can be tailored to the needs of your company, so that you can comply with the cleanliness requirements set for your items, and you achieve the desired result. The washing system is modular so that you can have an “all in one” solution, where the items are washed, rinsed and dried in one chamber. We can also offer that each individual process takes place in different chambers, so the washing and rinsing water are separated and the process time is reduced. We also offer this type of washing systems with both spray washing, ultrasonic cleaning, hot air and vacuum drying in either a single or multiple modules.
