Fire safety as part of warehouse planning?

INCORPORATING FIRE SAFETY INTO WAREHOUSE PLANNING

THE OPERATOR OF A STORAGE FACILITY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE SAFETY. WE RECOMMEND HAVING A FIRE SAFETY ASSESSMENT CONDUCTED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO ALLOW YOU TO PLAN SECURELY AND AVOID UNNECESSARY ADDITIONAL COSTS.

FIRE SAFETY IS A COMPLEX ISSUE; OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM CAN HELP YOU NAVIGATE IT RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS. THE PRIMARY CHALLENGE IS SCRUTINISING THE FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND OBJECTIVES SET OUT BY VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS – SUCH AS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, FIRE SERVICES AND PROPERTY INSURERS – AND RECONCILING THESE REQUIREMENTS AND OBJECTIVES.

Fire safety
measures

The goal of everyone involved is to comply with fire safety requirements and develop appropriate fire-prevention measures. These measures might include installing sprinklers, adding vertical and horizontal shafts or establishing smoke extraction areas. Additionally, sheet-metal barriers can be installed in order to prevent fire from spreading, as can heat accumulation plates which, in combination with a sprinkler system, can do their part to fight fires.

We will implement the requirements from the fire safety and fire extinguishing system plan and develop a solution that is ideal for you in both technical and financial terms.
