Piston slider
To prevent the ingress of material into the lance guide slots during the pressing process, a hydraulically driven closing plate is mounted on the press plate. This plate securely closes the needle slots throughout the pressing stroke and is exclusively opened during the strapping process. This guarantees a seamless and wire tear-free work process while minimizing the requirements for cleaning and maintenance intervals.

For closing the floor during the pressing process so that no material gets into the lance guide slots. Hydraulically driven sealing plate installed under the floor wear plates.
This closes the needle slots in the press floor during the pressing stroke. These needle slots are only opened during the strapping process.
This guarantees a wire-tear-free work process and low cleaning and maintenance intervals.

Efficiency on the hook
As a hook lift mobile solution, the mobile channel baler has a hook lift mount and can be lifted onto suitable vehicles with appropriate systems. The local independence enables safe and reliable operation in the field, e.g. on landfills. Both wire and yarn strapping are possible to tie the compressed material tightly.
Use on site
From paper to cans, our mobile channel balers compress many different waste products directly on site. The machines' easy handling, low energy consumption and high maintainability ensure the safe and efficient compression of large quantities of waste. The bales created by this process require significantly less space than uncompressed materials and significantly reduce storage and transport costs. The alternative to the hook-lift-mobile solution is the vehicle-mobile variant.
