The I-104 HD is a FIBRE LASER marking head that can be integrated into production lines.
Fibre laser is a LATEST GENERATION, ULTRA-HIGH PERFORMANCE AND DURABLE technology. Our HD laser marking systems are equipped with a particularly efficient ytterbium-enhanced MOPA (Master-Oscillator Power-Amplifier) fibre laser source.
The power of the I-104 HD laser marking head allows it to MARK WITH CONTRAST ON ALL TYPES OF MATERIAL (steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, etc.).
The marking of logos, alphanumeric codes and standard 1D, 2D and Datamatrix codes is particularly precise.
The cycle time is shorter on materials such as aluminium alloy and the contrast is greater on plastics.
The I-104 HD laser is extremely COMPACT and is therefore very EASY TO INSTALL IN A BOX OR ON A PRODUCTION LINE.
It can OPERATE WITH OR WITHOUT A PC. Without a PC, a single connection can fully control the laser from your PLC.
It is therefore very simple to integrate our laser machines on all production lines that use Profibus, Profinet or Ethernet/IP (boards on option) field buses.
The I-104 HD laser is very COMPETITIVE. It meets your needs precisely and offers a quick ROI.
In particular, its GREAT STRENGTH and its very modest maintenance requirements allow us to guarantee 100,000 hours of operation.
Our laser experts and TECHNICAL PERSONNEL REMAIN AVAILABLE to conduct your marking tests in a real situation and recommend the best setup for your specifications.

INTEGRATED READ FUNCTION
The integrated reading function allows the automatic reading of 2D and 3D codes.
When the cycle is started, the codes are immediately read in the same programme sequence, with no additional movement.
The reader outputs the result of the reading, with any necessary code quality grading.
This data is sent through a network or through inputs/outputs to the cell automatic system or to an external controller.
The proposed system allows the code to be read irrespective of its position in the marking window.
This function has a high resolution camera integral with the laser head.
This allows standard 2D codes (QR-Code, Datamatrix) to be read on all types of material and on difficult surface conditions.
It is compatible with HD lasers, Easy and the 3D function,
and is also compatible with the BOX stations.
The benefits:
COMMUNICATION BOARDS
SIC Marking laser marking machines can be connected to an industry network.
Our systems come equipped with many connection possibilities (digital I/O, Ethernet TCP/IP, RS232), and they also offer many possibilities for dialogue with all the elements of their environment.
Our machines can very easily be integrated and interfaced in all production lines that use Profinet, Profibus or Ethernet IP field buses, through optional communication boards and simple software solutions.
The benefit:
This solution allows fast integration into an automatic systems structure based on standard industrial networks.
FUME EVACUATION SYSTEM
The evacuation system is a fume extractor that is directly connected to the laser station through a suction pipe.
This is necessary to treat the toxic fumes generated by the laser.
It is equipped with a pre-filter, a high-efficiency very fine air filter (less than 1 µm) and an activated carbon filter.
There are two types of fume evacuation system:
The vacuum system measures 310 x 320 x 460 mm.
The vacuum system measures 365 x 501 x 740 mm.
Fumes and particles collection is mandatory.
This protects both personnel and also the equipment required.
