Plasma cutting of thicker steel plates

Plasma cutting is the perfect solution for thicker plates. For cutting metal plates and stainless steel we offer our ESAB 3500 plasma cutter at an affordable price.

A plasma cutter works like a burner. The powerful cutting torch is relatively fast in cutting steel plates of up to 12 meters in length.

• sheet metal formats up to 12,000 x 3,000 mm
• plate thickness from 6 to 40 mm (varies per alloy)

      - White lines are cutting lines.
      - Yellow lines are graphite lines.
      - Red lines are read-only information, for example numbers, thickness of material and type of material.
    • Indicate information in the cutting drawing, see the red lines above and for an example see here.
    • For the bending of sheet metal we need a PDF file, a DWG file or a STEP file on which the angle of the bending is indicated.
