The units are particularly well suited for bearing and gear mesh vibration measurements in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring, as well as shock and impact detection of packages or components.

Design highlights

IMI's field-proven, solid-state, piezoelectric sensing elements are extremely durable. When compared to similar MEMS devices, piezoelectric technology provides earlier fault detection due to its high frequency capabilities.

The units feature a variety of sensitivities to accommodate a range of applications. Choose from MicroPower ICP®, two-wire ICP®, or charge mode varieties to find the best fit for your application.

  • MicroPower ICP®: Ideal for integration into battery-powered products, these super low-power accelerometers offer days to months of additional battery time per year.
  • Two-Wire ICP®: Feature built-in signal conditioning microelectronics for simplified operation and connectivity to data acquisition instrumentation.
  • Charge Mode: Achieve high operating temperatures with this low-cost option. An external signal amplifier is required.
