SYG AB i kk har tidigare hyrt lokaler i varvet i Kungsviken och tillverkat båtar på licens. Varvet i Kungsviken och Malö samt Sweden Yachts varumärken ägs sedan 2008 av Elgudden-koncernen och har ej gått i konkurs.

Produktion av Malö respektive Sweden Yachts båtar fortsätter som tidigare i lokalerna på varvet i Kungsviken. För vidare information hänvisas till MH Marine AB
