KITO Armaturen GmbH – Your specialist for Explosion prevention & protection
Today, with about 70 employees, KITO® manufactures flame arresters, valves and special devices for a diverse array of customer requirements. Just like top-ranking athletes, we are never satisfied with average performance levels. Our aim is to produce innovative and efficient solutions for explosion prevention & protection, with a consistent focus on quality, protection and safety.
Our Products
The flame arresters made by KITO® as well as end and inline valves are based on decades of proven design principles, which are constantly adapted to the state of the art. Casting and welding constructions enable a variety of material variants as well as the adaptation to special connection requirements or other special solutions for our customers. Flame arrester elements as the heart of the flame arresters can be produced in a variety of designs. This also meets the special requirements of OEM manufacturers of special equipment in explosion protection.

Maintenance of KITO® products and the KITO® –KARE concept
As a certified specialist in accordance with VdTÜV code of practice 967 and WHG, we are always pleased to advise you about the specified checks as well as other maintenance and setting work, and how to carry it out. As part of the KITO® KARE concept you can call upon our certified service partners or you can arrange to have us train your employees in the maintenance and servicing of our products here with us or on your own premises.
