The characteristics of the two application areas for process control systems (mold making & production) demand specific solutions. Thus an application with two different focus points has emerged. However, the main thing is to increase productivity:

By making visible as many parameters as possible for the machine operator and By the automatic comparison of the production specifications with the currently running processes.

The two systems are grouped under the name of JMS 4.0 MoldLine (Tool & Mold Making) and JMS 4.0 ProductionLine (single part and small series production). The approximation of the user interfaces, as well as the interchangeability of data between the two systems, will be introduced step by step.
