Due to permanently decreasing resources and an increasing environmental consciousness of society, alternative modes of drive are becoming more and more important.<\/p>\n

Electric mobility offers one possibility to which besides of electric vehicles also\u00a0hybrid ones belong. In order to furnish the necessary power, high voltage supply systems on board are needed which get their energy from high voltage batteries.<\/p>\n

Thus the available energy is limited and a considerable part drops away as thermal power loss (heat). The temperature measurements during the development of this technology are necessary to localize these sources of\u00a0\u00a0thermal loss. Therefore, measuring systems – sensors and modules \u2013 are used which can be exposed to high voltages. This requires elevated safety demands that will change the field of temperature measurement technique basically.<\/p>\n

SAB Br\u00f6ckskes GmbH & Co. KG\u00a0\u00a0and CSM GmbH have developed for this application a special temperature measurement system with which the safety of the user from sensor via data collection (data logger, laptop, etc.) is of highest priority! Furthermore, SAB is specialized to offer temperature sensors particularly developed for the individual application of the customer.<\/p>\n

This new temperature measurement system will be presented on the Fair \u201cAutomotive testing Expo Europe\u201d from 4th<\/sup>\u00a0to 6th<\/sup>\u00a0June 2013 \u2013 booth no.1613 (SAB Br\u00f6ckskes GmbH & Co. KG) and booth no. 1728 (CSM GmbH).<\/p>\n
