HEIDENHAIN presented its \u201cDynamic Efficiency\u201d and \u201cDynamic Precision\u201d feature packages in Hall 16. These functions for TNC controls make milling operations faster and more accurate. This means that, thanks to \u201cDynamic Efficiency\u201d and \u201cDynamic Efficiency,\u201d you can accomplish even more complex machining tasks in much less time but with significantly better quality\u2014in short, more efficiently and precisely.<\/p>\n<p>You can use \u201cDynamic Efficiency\u201d to improve efficiency in heavy machining, to optimize the machining time, and to increase the metal removal rates while sparing the machine: + ACC\u2014active reduction of the inclination to chatter<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AFC\u2014load-dependent adaptation of the feed rate<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Trochoidal milling\u2014efficient machining of any kind of slot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cDynamic Precision\u201d helps you to more effectively exploit the accuracy potential of your TNC-controlled machine tool.
