The Nuremberg specialist for automation solutions has expanded its range of HMIs for user-friendly visualization and operation. With the new b maXX-HMI series, Baum\u00fcller offers a space-saving HMI with a touch panel available in 4.3 – 15.4 inches. The visualization on the HMI can also be web-based. The devices are also suitable for future applications with regards to Industry 4.0. The new user-friendly, organized operating and visualization tool, Visu+, which is part of the Baum\u00fcller Engineering Framework ProMaster, allows the machine to be adjusted to the respective production process via the HMI.<\/p>\n

For efficient engineering, the new HMI includes comprehensive symbol and graphics libraries for the mechanical engineers. In addition, there are a number of animation options, for instance, image animations in different file formats. An integrated alarm and event management system with a history database allows optimal process monitoring. In addition, a comprehensive recipe management system is available and recipes can be imported and exported via network functions.<\/p>\n

For optimum scalability, Baum\u00fcller offers the HMI in both the standard and performance product lines.<\/p>\n
