Baum\u00fcller, the manufacturer of drive and automation technology from Nuremberg, is supplementing its decentralized b maXX 2500 drive system with a new frame size.<\/p>\n

In its b maXX 2500 drive concept, the Nuremberg company has combined the b maXX 3000 series inverter with the servomotors of the DSD, DSP and DSC series. In this way, a compact drive solution for decentralized machine concepts is created, for example, for the packaging and textile industry, as well as numerous other industrial branches. The solution scores with low wiring outlay and high flexibility.<\/p>\n

High overload factor<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the extension of the performance range though the addition of the new 36 frame size, Baum\u00fcller has also further optimized the b maXX 2500 with regard to performance and compactness. The units now score with a high overload factor of 5 and a peak torque of 10 Nm. The maximum power of the devices is 6.5 kW, and a new housing shape makes them even more space-saving, so that the integration into the machine is facilitated.<\/p>\n

High protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

The b maXX 2500 also has integrated safety technology, protection class IP65 and various cabling options via a distributor box or plug. In addition, numerous field bus options are available to the user, ensuring maximum flexibility in the machine design.<\/p>\n
