These versatile filters have received special attention to surface flatness, transmitted wavefront and surface quality to produce our highest level of precision on a filter. TECHSPEC\u00ae High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters are ideally suited for fluorescence microscopy or high magnification imaging applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enhanced fluorescence imagery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TECHSPEC\u00ae High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters are available in 26 models in cut-on wavelengths from 409nm to 850nm in both 12.5 x 17.6mm and 25.2 x 35.6mm sizes. The RoHS compliant filters feature a transmitted wavefront of \u03bb\/10 RMS, surface quality of 40-20, surface flatness (P-V) of \u03bb\/2, and an angle of incidence of 45\u00b0. Manufactured from a UV fused silica substrate, the hard-coated filters provide an average reflection of greater than 98% and a transmission of greater than 90% for high peak transmission and excellent blocking of unwanted light. Perfectly matched to common fluorophores, TECHSPEC\u00ae High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters enhance fluorescence imagery for a wide range of fluorescence imaging applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rectangular models fit common fluorescence microscopes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rectangular filters, which come standard in two sizes, are an excellent fit into most common Olympus, Nikon and Zeiss fluorescence microscopes. Together, using a Pinkel configuration, these filters are ideal for creating vibrant, high contrast, multi-color images.
