The SLOTWORX\u00ae HP milling system with its new shoulder face milling inserts r = 0.8 mm which is known for its high performance in the high-feed range is even more versatile than before.<\/p>\n

The symbiosis of an especially innovative insert geometry with the proven carbide and an extremely smooth and wear-resistant coating guarantees long tool life when it comes to finishing vertical and plain surfaces.<\/p>\n

High-performance cutting of Inconel and titanium<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the same time, the positive angle of twist in the mounting position ensures minimum drift. Both soft materials and hardened steels can be machined with the same high degree of performance thanks to the positive protective chamfer and the positive rake angle. Even the machining of high-temperature alloys, such as Inconel and titanium, is possible without limits when these cutting materials are used.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its small dimensions from 10 mm \u00d8 onwards, SLOTWORX\u00ae HP can even substitute solid carbide tools in certain subareas.<\/p>\n

SLOTWORX\u00ae HP is unbeatable as a square shoulder and slot milling cutter when the standard working depth of solid carbide corner radius milling cutters is no longer sufficient and lateral surfaces and bottoms in small pockets or moulds and mould inserts, for example, are to be finished.<\/p>\n
