BIG KAISER, a global leader in premium high-precision tooling systems and solutions for the metalworking industries, announced the Mega New Baby Chuck 25N, the industry’s highest precision multi-purpose collet chuck system.<\/p>\n

Designed for high-speed cutting, the Mega New Baby is available up to \u00f825mm clamping for drills, reamers and finishing end mills. It guarantees a 1 micron runout at the collet nose, with high runout precision of less than 0.003mm at 4 times diameter.<\/p>\n

These precise and versatile collet chucks are offered in six different series sizes and are recognized for their accuracy in high-speed applications.<\/p>\n

The Mega New Baby Chuck 25N has a clamping range from \u00f80.25mm to \u00f825mm. Its thrust ball bearings eliminate distortion of the collet during tightening and the patented design prevents ball bearings from moving at high speed.<\/p>\n

Every chuck is 100% inspected twice to ensure accuracy. The materials, production and heat treatment are all carefully selected to ensure ultimate precision.<\/p>\n

The Mega New Baby is available in BIG-PLUS\u00ae (SK\/BT), HSK and BIG-Capto. A total of 353 different versions are available as standard, which means the ideal length and diameter of the holder can be selected, thereby always ensuring precision machining results.<\/p>\n

A two-way coolant supply is provided either through the tool or via a jet system for tools without holes. Dust resistance is high.<\/p>\n
