Eisenmann\u2019s latest dual-rail floor-mounted conveyor takes a tried-and-trusted technology to a new level. In response to customers\u2019 requests and suggestions, Eisenmann has created an enhanced, high-performance model with several advantages over its globally successful predecessor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new version features faster stacking, accelerating goods transfer, plus significantly higher conveying speeds. This is made possible by the exceptionally compact dimensions of the trolleys. The drive units are mounted underneath the trolleys, enabling a remarkably small surface area, in conjunction with rails that are just 800 mm wide. Yet each trolley can bear a load of up to 1,500 kg. This design enables space-saving conveyor layouts and transfer stations with a smaller footprint.<\/p>\n

Eisenmann\u2019s dual-rail conveyor is highly dynamic, and moves pallets at speeds of up to 3.3 m\/s. The latest improvements translate into 30 percent higher throughput compared to the previous version \u2013 for a total of up to 600 pallets per hour. In other words, fewer trolleys are needed, lowering capital expenditure. The rail system was specifically developed to accommodate rapidly changing needs, and features compact, fast-acting switches. Consequently, it is possible to create complex configurations and layouts, even in existing buildings.<\/p>\n

Eisenmann\u2019s logistics professionals also shared their expertise in the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions \u2013 and as specialists in cold storage warehouse scenarios, for example in food intralogistics.<\/p>\n
