One of the fundamental technologies behind the success of the SpiralVeyor of AmbaFlex is the patented Triple-E technology. This technology helps save 87% more energy, makes spirals go up 33% higher and handle up to 2x heavier loads than conventional spiral conveying tech can. These advantages also lead to less friction and maintenance which increases uptime and, together with lower energy costs, make for an even lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).<\/p>\n

So why does their Triple-E technology work so well? AmbaFlex found a way to significantly reduce the radial friction that plagues other spirals, also known as the \u2018noose-effect,\u2019 by optimizing the way their roller bearings are placed and guided along the whole line. This makes all of their SpiralVeyors a lot more efficient, especially so when going for higher elevations, where the radial forces get exponentially higher.<\/p>\n
