Engineers working in intralogistics, machine\ntool construction or the automotive industry have the added benefit of\npurchasing the chainflex cable with a 36-month guarantee, either bought by the\nmetre or supplied as a ready-to-connect readycable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nCF280.UL.H hybrid cable is suitable for applications down to a bend radius of\n10x diameter in temperatures ranging from -25\u00baC up to +80\u00baC. Depending on the\nmanufacturer&#8217;s specification, the cable has a black or orange oil-resistant PUR\nouter jacket, is coolant-resistant and flame-retardant. A braided shield with\nhigh coverage ensures good EMC protection over a long service life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">igus\nregularly carries out continuous in-house tests on all its cable ranges. In a\nseries of tests at 7.5x diameter, the CF280.UL.H hybrid cable lasted over 8\nmillion cycles without damage. Another advantage of the new cable series is\nthat it has UL approval for use in North America, as well as EAC and CTP\ncertification for the Russian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to customer demand, igus offers all its cables as readycable with the appropriate connectors pre-assembled. With more than 4,200 drive cables available made in line with to 24 manufacturers\u2019 standards, engineers will always find the most cost-effective cable for their application. All cables are tested after harnessing and receive an igus seal of approval.
