PCO <\/strong>will showcase its sCMOS and CMOS camera systems for a broad range of scientific applications at this year\u2019s Neuroscience 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pco.flim<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

One of them, the pco.flim<\/strong>, is the first Frequency Domain FLIM camera using a two tap CMOS sensor. Synchronized modulation of pixels and stimulated light enable the analysis of luminescence decay times in the range of 100 ps \u2013 100 \u00b5s. It is complemented by the pco.flim<\/strong> laser, a homogeneously illuminating light source designed for operation with the pco.flim<\/strong>. The user can chose between a wide range of different wavelengths and light output powers. The laser is ideally suited if relevant luminescence lifetimes are in the range of a few nanoseconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pco.edge 26 – 26 MP achieving the maximum level of spatial resolution<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Another highlight of the show is the pco.edge 2<\/strong>6. This 26 MPix high-resolution sCMOS camera is excellent for achieving the maximum level of spatial resolution. It even applies for microscopy imaging with low magnification. The true charge domain global shutter allows for an exceptionally low readout noise and dark current. Combined with the adjustable cooling the pco.edge 26<\/strong> enables the user to extend exposure times up to 60 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
