Palmse Mehaanikakoda LLC\u00a0is a mechanical engineering company, located close to Palmse in Estonia. Since more than 20 years the company produces forest trailers and cranes, designed for use with agricultural tractors.\u00a0
Palmse wants to increase their machining production and has ordered a Uniport6000, enabling them to produce machining parts much faster and at lower cost per piece<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Economic and flexible solution<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Uniport6000 will be supplied in gantry configuration with travelling bridge and stationary table. The advanced machine is fast, versatile, precise and easy to service. The work area is flexible too; the entire area of 10 m can be used for one large piece or two smaller stations which are separated by a screen for pendulum machining. Especially the pendulum configuration offers Palmse a dedicated and economical solution for their growth ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powerful gearbox driven spindle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Uniport6000 incorporates a powerful gearbox driven spindle for high performance. With the standard spindle head and optional Unisign right angle head, it is the ideal production machine for large, multi-sided components. In future the machine can be extended with additional heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The various machining heads are stored in a pick-up station in one of the columns, and they change tools automatically. Tools are stored in the moving portal bridge, always ensuring the shortest tool change times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
