This company controls the supra-regional location development and also bundles all backward areas &#8211; from purchasing to assortment management and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BHSG operates, among other things, a logistics center in Hamburg Allerm\u00f6he, where cardboard packaging, or more precisely outer packaging from suppliers in the retail business, is pressed into bales. At the end of March this year, BHSG approached us with the intention of purchasing a new channel baler and the requirement profile was a high-performance, user-friendly and at the same time space-saving plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our competent sales team immediately travelled to Hamburg in order to inspect the local conditions and to be able to work out an optimized solution. After an intensive consultation and planning phase, the order for a channel baler type EP 60 V5, a machine with 60 t pressing force and vertical 5-fold wire tying, was placed at the beginning of May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The special feature here is that the bale discharge channel of the machine was shortened so that it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">was easily accessible and efficiently integrated into the logistics process despite the limited space available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new system was delivered and installed as early as mid-August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to maintain the client&#8217;s 24-hour operation, EUROPRESS Umwelttechnik provided press containers at short notice as a temporary solution so that the old press could be dismantled and the new channel baler installed over the weekend without any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After completion of the installation work, the personnel who are to operate the channel baler were thoroughly trained for operation.
