Kerkite polymers are a family of high-performance materials that provide exceptional wear properties with the cost and design advantages afforded through injection molding. Kerkite polymers offer a variety of mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties and are compatible with various chemicals and many harsh environmental conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Kerkite engineered polymers, Haydon Kerk also produces precision nuts from many alternative plastics, including PEEK (polyetheretherketone), polyester, Torlon\u00ae PAI (polyamide-imides), Vespel\u00ae polyimide-based resin, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), Ertalyte\u00ae PET-P (polyethylene terephthalate), and customer-supplied specialty materials. Haydon Kerk also machines precision nuts from bronze, brass, and stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>Thread diameter for custom nut designs ranges from 2mm (5\/64-in) up to 24mm (15\/16-in).
