Exalta helps users efficiently deliver reliable quality results for the medical device industry. By adding Exalta to specified Leica microscopes and cameras, users obtain a digitally enhanced quality control solution. This approach offers significant advantages over conventional visual inspection which is performed with many manual steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can achieve consistent quality control with Exalta which supports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reliable inspection across multiple operators<\/li><li>Efficient generation of robust reports <\/li><li>Readiness for 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production and quality managers can create sample-specific, step-by-step digital work instructions to help operators follow standard procedures, accurately evaluate potential defects, and make crucial pass and fail decisions. With an automatic report generation and digital report approval workflow, signatures and reports are stored electronically. There is no more need to scan paper-based reports and training of new operators requires less time and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exalta supports readiness for 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
