For quite a while, heimatec has been offering a complete tooling program for automatic lathes under the name heimatec.SwissTooling<\/strong><\/a>, which is already in use with many customers. The tooling program includes an extensive range of static and live tools, which are characterized by a long service life and the highest quality of workmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spindle bearing technology and ground gear components fulfill all requirements, and the housing and spindles have maximum rigidity. The usability of the tool is also in focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standard program of heimatec.SwissTooling is continuously expanded and customer- and part-specific solutions are (further) developed with the help of customer feedback.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-speed tooling (Speeder)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a result, the portfolio in the heimatec.SwissTooling product group has been expanded to include high-speed tooling (speeder) types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional types are now available, such as radial and axial versions, as well as offset versions for Citizen Cincom L-Series and M-Series and Hanwha machines, among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of them are characterized by the fact that they achieve speeds of up to 48,000 rpm with a gear ratio of 1:4. The proven technologies from heimatec are used and offer the best possible rigidity, bearing technology and precision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
