The robust and powerful BoxPC Pro NPA-1904 offers a unique docking connector. This allows the control of an external TFT display with LVDS and backlight. In addition, two USB 2.0 interfaces are available via the docking connector, which can be used to expand the TFT with any touch screen and an additional USB device such as a webcam. The BoxPC is optionally available with the Intel Core i5-7300U or i3-7100U processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The embedded BoxPC guarantees high computing power and also works reliably in continuous operation. Nevertheless, it is very cost-effective and is particularly suitable for industrial and cost-effective applications in demanding environments. This is also supported by the defined operating temperature of 0\u00b0C to 45\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BoxPC Pro NPA-1904 has many other interfaces: one DisplayPort, two Gigabit Ethernet ports as well as two each RS485 and RS232 and an integrated watchdog timer. Despite its slim design, the NPA-1904 has two DDR4-2133 memory sockets. For the connection of external USB devices there are four USB 3.0 ports on the front and two USB 2.0 on the back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On request, Distec supplies the embedded BoxPC with Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2019 operating system pre-installed. This was specially designed for global industrial use and is equipped with a write filter, among other things. The BoxPC uses a TPM 2.0 chip on the hardware side for drive encryption, thus cyber security is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
