Refax Colombia S.A.S<\/strong>, a Chilean group dedicated to importing and marketing wholesale spare parts for cars in Chile, Peru and Colombia, expanded its storage capacity at its Cota facilities (Cundinamarca) thanks to storage solutions of AR Racking, an integrated industrial racking supplier for all types of loads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a rigorous analysis of both customer and spatial needs, AR Racking installed a single-deep adjustable pallet racking<\/strong><\/a> solution at Cota’s plant, which has a fully optimised storage area of 3000 m2<\/sup><\/strong>. A total of 1,400 positions were installed for Refax<\/strong><\/a> during the first phase of the project, but it will be fully completed with 4,000 positions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjustable pallet racking is a storage system designed to store pallets mechanically using forklift trucks.\u00a0It is an effective, resistant and easy to assemble solution with simple load level regulation, adapting to any type of goods, both in weight and volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A single-deep adjustable pallet racking storage system was agreed with the customer to enable direct access to all the references and unit loads in the warehouse\u201d, explained Edward Suescun, Sales Manager of AR Racking Colombia.<\/strong> \u201cFor now, we have installed a first phase of 1,400 positions, but the complete project must be installed in the coming months.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
