To complement the already high performing and praised FRAT-NX diverter module, Itoh Denki is bringing a new diverter module to the market, able to boost traffic where it is the most needed in sortation lines. The MABS, standing for Multi Angle Ball Sorter, relies on rotating balls that can divert totes and products in mutliple direction and at different angles. The diverting angle can be easily set and modified to 30\u00b0, 45\u00b0 or 90\u00b0, both for a right and left exits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powered exclusively by 24V dc high torque MDRs, the MABS inherits the great compacity and simplicity of use and comissioning of Itoh Denki motorised rollers, to deliver market leading throughputs while keeping the products safe thanks to smooth transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MABS modules are available in 5 different sizes and can be combined together to handle a large variety of package sizes, making a right fit for most conveyors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To further optimise both the performance and the cost of intralogistic lines, MABS can be used in combination with FRAT-NX 90\u00b0 diverters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
