In future, it will no longer be the driver alone who determines the maximum lifting height with the respective load picked up on the fork carriage, but a new feature of HUBTEX will support him in this and thus ensure safe transport at all lifting heights. The electronic load diagram of HUBTEX determines the picked-up load and lifting height on the basis of sensor data, calculates the load centre of gravity and the permissible max. lifting height, and initiates appropriate measures such as a lifting stop if the limit is exceeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assistance systems support vehicle operators in their daily task of transporting heavy, bulky and long loads from A to B safely and without damage. A new feature for this is the electronic load diagram from HUBTEX. With large lifting heights and load centres, the basic load capacity of the forklift truck is reduced. Therefore, forklift drivers must always consider the issue of residual load capacity. The new electronic load diagram supports them in this. The sensors of the assistance system record the fork carriage inclination, the load centre of gravity, the load weight and the lift height. The operator display shows the driver how high the goods may be lifted. If the permissible lifting height or other parameter limits are exceeded, the overload display is activated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, there are corresponding overload functions that the system initiates depending on the configuration: the lifting process stops automatically, the symbol on the display turns red and a warning signal sounds. If the display remains green, the goods can be lifted safely to the maximum height. “Whether the load and lifting height status are OK is determined by the relation of load characteristic, load centre of gravity and load weight. These are factors that influence the value and to which the system responds,'” says Michael R\u00f6big, Head of Product Management. As a pure assistance system, the electronic load chart is of course no substitute for a weighing system or an independent safety system. “The driver always remains responsible for compliance with the technical limits according to the load diagram in the cab,” says R\u00f6big. As an additional monitoring feature, the electronic load diagram serves as a support for the driver and thus ensures more safety in everyday operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
