SensoPart’s vision sensor VISOR\u00ae Robotic acts as the \u201ceye\u201d of the robot and is active worldwide in applications of vision-guided robotics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VISOR\u00ae Robotic is part of the extensive VISOR\u00ae vision sensor family. With its five fast and robust detection methods for locating components, it represents the perfect solution for a wide variety of automation tasks. With the integrated Target Mark 3D technology, 3D object poses are determined in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the fully automatic and flexible calibration methods, both stationary and mounting on the robot arm are possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to its robotics functions, VISOR\u00ae Robotic offers all inspection, measurement, and identification functions of the VISOR\u00ae framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packed in a robust, compact housing, the vision sensor can capture images up to 5 megapixels. The evaluation of the results takes place directly in the camera, an additional PC is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VISOR\u00ae Robotic URCap enables direct data exchange between VISOR\u00ae Robotic and the UR robotic systems. It guides through all the steps necessary to set up vision-guided robotics applications and provides prepared program routines for pick-and-place tasks. This allows a very quick start into the application and at the same time offers highest flexibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the various QR codes, which refer to tutorial videos for each step, a set-up can be done in less than 15 minutes – even without camera or robot expert knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The URCap software package is available for users to download free of charge and is compatible with Universal Robots E-Series robotic systems. In addition, SensoPart will offer VISOR\u00ae robotic starter kits with a vision sensor, suitable bracket, and calibration plates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
