Polarization-maintaining (PM) adapters have already been integrated into the flange. This allows patch cables to be connected quickly and without additional components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a wavelength range from 350 nm to 2000 nm, the feedthroughs provide a hermetic seal of 10-10 to 10-12 mbar\u00b7l\/s.
