Ethernet-APL-capable field devices from the hazardous areas of zones 0\/20 and 1\/21 can be connected directly to the ELX6233 EtherCAT Terminal from Beckhoff. The combination of flexible EtherCAT system architecture and the extensive ELX portfolio now facilitates the integration of Ethernet-APL, HART, or simple digital signals in the same terminal segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
