The new FluX 45 is in demand as a multi-directional forklift, especially when customers need to move predominantly palletized loads, but also long goods sideways. Typical application areas include hardware stores or manufacturing companies in plant and machinery construction. However, conventional front forklifts are usually used here, which can handle palletized loads optimally and are very popular among forklift drivers due to their good all-round visibility and driving characteristics. However, when it comes to transporting long goods, conventional front forklifts pose problems. They require wide aisles and there is an increased risk of accidents because the contact surface of the long goods on the forklift is often too small or the long goods need to be lifted over obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Users are then faced with the decision to invest in a specialized side loader. However, given the low utilization times, this makes little economic sense. With the FluX 45, users get a device that is flexible in use as both a front and side loader, making the investment in two vehicles unnecessary. At the same time, the robustness and durability of our vehicles ensure low total cost of ownership,” explains Michael R\u00f6big, authorized officer and head of product management at HUBTEX. Like all models in the FluX series, the new FluX 45 also scores with compact dimensions and high load capacity. Compared to its predecessor, the vehicle length has been reduced by 14 percent, making it even more maneuverable. Another special feature is the mast tilt of the lifting frame. This allows the FluX 45 to be used as a front forklift, for example, for loading and unloading trucks, or alternatively as a side loader to transport long loads through narrow hall doors. At the same time, it ensures safety on uneven floors, which is especially advantageous for outdoor use. HUBTEX also placed value on higher ground clearance and larger tires during development to optimize the new FluX 45 for outdoor use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous steering and comfortable long goods handling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The FluX 45 is particularly agile, efficient, and user-friendly thanks to its quiet and environmentally friendly electric drive combined with the innovative 360\u00b0HX steering. It enables a smooth change of direction without stopping from longitudinal to transverse travel. The cabin of the new FluX 45 is characterized by maximum ergonomics, ensuring maximum driving comfort. HUBTEX also placed great emphasis on all-round visibility during development. A central seating position, generous low entry, more compact lifting frames, and a deployment-optimized fork carriage with side shift ensure optimal visibility conditions. The cabin is available either as a closed exterior or an open interior cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
