In 2010 and 2015, H\u00d6RMANN already built a 5-aisle finished goods high-bay warehouse and a 3-aisle raw materials high-bay warehouse for the customer, which were equipped with the HiLIS warehouse management system and comprehensive system visualization. This will further optimize and accelerate the logistics processes. Particularly noteworthy is the seamless integration of the new systems into the existing infrastructure, which has been running reliably with the HiLIS control system from H\u00d6RMANN for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mobile robot solution increases efficiency by handling transports fully automatically. The mobile robots transport pallets between the various <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expo21xx.com\/material_handling\/automated-storage.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">storage<\/a> areas and connect them to the production stations, significantly speeding up and simplifying internal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of delivery:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 SAFELOG X1 spin mobile robots (load capacity 1,200 kg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inductive load management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage area with 575 storage spaces for EU pallets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 storage locations for picking processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connection of the existing H\u00f6rmann HRL &amp; adaptation of the existing HiLIS WMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 PALOMAT\u00ae pallet magazines for automatic empty pallet handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibility and precision thanks to mobile robots<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAFELOG &#8220;X1 spin&#8221; mobile robots handle automated pallet transportation and offer maximum flexibility. With a load capacity of up to 1200 kg and a 360\u00b0 rotation function, they enable a precise material flow even in tight warehouse environments. A SAFELOG pick-by-light system supports order picking so that work processes are controlled optimally and with minimal errors. At another position, the vehicles collect empty pallets in a PALOMAT\u00ae pallet magazine, which is equipped with light sensors for fill level detection. In addition, further paths lead to goods-in and goods-out stations with spaces for single or mixed pallets. A generously dimensioned buffer store is located in the middle, which the robots use for sorting and sequencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The family business as an industry pioneer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Liebensteiner Kartonagenwerk GmbH, a family-run company, offers a wide range of products &#8211; from attractively printed consumer goods packaging to heavy-duty and transport packaging.
