With effect from January 1, 2025, the Italian subsidiary of BHS-Sonthofen, Eurostar Concrete Technology S.r.l., will officially operate under the new name BHS-Sonthofen S.r.l. at its location in Udine, Italy. This step is part of the strategic integration that began in 2022 with the acquisition of Eurostar and strengthens BHS-Sonthofen’s position as a leading supplier of mixing technology for the building materials industry.<\/p>\n\n\n

The change of name combines Eurostar’s decades of expertise in the field of planetary mixers with the global innovative strength of BHS-Sonthofen. Planetary mixers<\/a>, which are characterized by precise mixing performance and high efficiency, optimally expand the existing BHS-Sonthofen machine portfolio. As a result, customers benefit from an even more comprehensive range of BHS machines for almost any application – from standard applications to highly complex projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration of the Italian subsidiary into the corporate structure under the uniform name not only strengthens the BHS-Sonthofen brand worldwide, but also promotes close cooperation within the Group.
The site near Udine in Italy will remain the production location for the planetary mixers. Under the new name BHS-Sonthofen S.r.l., the facility will continue to focus on the production of high-quality planetary mixers for the building materials industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
