Democracy is not a given \u2013 it needs our committed engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why Wilkhahn supports the Business Council for Democracy (BC4D)<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 an initiative by the Hertie Foundation, the Robert Bosch Stiftung, and the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BC4D\u2019s virtual training programs help adults equip themselves against hate speech, fake news, and conspiracy myths \u2013 by strengthening digital media literacy and fostering a constructive debate culture. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Democracy means freedom and self-determination \u2013 values that also form the foundation for innovation and business success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us at Wilkhahn, it is therefore clear that a democratic environment ensures future viability \u2013 for companies and society alike.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why I\u2019m particularly excited about the huge interest in the BC4D program among our employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
