J.D. Neuhaus GmbH & Co. KG (JDN) announces a significant milestone in its leadership transition, with Ms. Gitta Neuhaus-Gallad\u00e9 and Mr. Moritz Neuhaus-Gallad\u00e9 being appointed as joint Managing Shareholders, effective January 1, 2025. This decision, made during the Advisory Board meeting in December 2024, marks the next step in the long-standing tradition of family leadership at JDN.<\/p>\n\n\n

The company has been led by the Neuhaus-family for nearly 280 years since its founding in 1745. The handover from the 7th to the 8th generation, represented by Mr. Wilfried Neuhaus-Gallad\u00e9, who served the company as the sole Managing Shareholder for 30 years, highlights the ongoing commitment to continuity and the values that have defined JDN since its founding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
