After a successful factory acceptance test of this\u00a0UNIPORT4000 CNC machine, our mechanical engineers have carefully dismantled the machine and prepared it for transport. The frame (20,000 kg) and bridge (9,000 kg) of this UNIPORT4000 were meticulously maneuvered through our assembly hall to be loaded onto trucks from our logistics partner,\u00a0Verhoeven XXL B.V.<\/p>\n\n\n

Destination: GTS Green Teuto Systemtechnik<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The CNC machine will be transported to our German customer,\u00a0GTS Green Teuto Systemtechnik. This company specializes in the production of complex welding assemblies, which are used in agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles. GTS Green Teuto Systemtechnik has purchased two UNIPORT4000 machines, equipped with a robot for loading and unloading, to enhance their production of mower bars for disc mowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large working area, small footprint<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The UNIPORT4000 is the smallest model in our premium gantry machine series. It occupies relatively little space on the shop floor thanks to its traveling portal bridge. The UNIPORT4000 is renowned for its outstanding vertical machining performance. With a high clearance and an optional right-angle head, it offers flexibility and a significant reduction in processing times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
