AMI F\u00f6rder- und Lagertechnik GmbH considers Logimat a complete success. The company presented its modified conveyor line and the high-speed depot. Visitors to the trade fair were able to experience live how intralogistics was set in motion and how order picking technology can be combined with classic conveyor technology. Stefan Brenner, Managing Partner, was visibly proud of the innovations presented.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cOur conveyor line, which was specially designed for the trade fair, has been completely modified and now shows even more processes and modules of modern intralogistics,\u201d said Brenner. The integration of the high-speed depot using a spindle lift was particularly impressive. This compact, modular system for picking folding cartons and other rectangular containers in various sizes was very well received and impressed visitors with the speed achieved during conveying. The system can theoretically be extended to infinitely long distances and seamlessly integrated into existing conveyor lines or manual picking stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The high-speed depot enables complex orders to be processed quickly and ensures high efficiency even at peak loads. \u201cThis solution is ideal for industries with a high order volume, where the individual orders consist of many small, cuboid items that need to be picked quickly,\u201d explained Brenner. AMI also presented the Smart-FlexDepot premium order picking machine, which was demonstrated in live operation. Various highly specialized online mail order companies and other sectors are already benefiting from this machine, which has so far been used more in pharmacies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The members of the 13-strong trade fair team were all very positive. They demonstrated the advantages of the Smart-FlexDepot and took the opportunity to talk to both familiar and new customers. \u201cWe are delighted that we were able to welcome so many interested parties to our stand and present our innovative solutions to a wide audience,\u201d summarizes Brenner after the trade fair and is pleased with the quality and intensity of the discussions with visitors from a wide range of countries and continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
