In collaboration with system integrator Jungheinrich AG, Movu provides its\u00a0Movu atlas shuttle technology, forming the core of a fully automated packaging warehouse designed to optimize efficiency, throughput, and space utilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The high-bay warehouse spans two hall sections with heights of 11.66 and 12.76 meters, offering\u00a02,916 rack storage locations\u00a0for pallets in multi-depth storage. Central to the system are\u00a0eight Movu atlas pallet shuttles, operating 24\/7 to transport Euro and industrial pallets weighing up to 1,000 kg, as well as containers up to 1,250 kg. With a compact design, precise navigation, and a broad temperature range (-25\u00b0C to +45\u00b0C), the shuttles adapt to complex or unconventional warehouse layouts.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.movu-robotics.com\/en\/drimage\/920\/0\/915\/-\/sites\/default\/files\/2026-01\/coppenrath-wiese-render.jpg?t=1767610590\" alt=\"Coppenrath wiese render\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo by MOVU<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Flexible automation for complex buildings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For this project, several existing rooms were combined into a single automated system. The building walls were preserved, with strategically positioned openings allowing shuttles to pass between rooms. Multiple entry and exit points support diverse functions, including dispatch, receiving, and co-packing. By enabling pallets to move efficiently between rooms, the system maintains a\u00a0single-touch process flow\u00a0throughout the warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Movu atlas allows us to fully utilize existing spaces without major structural changes,\u201d said\u00a0Florian Hamza, Sales Manager at Movu Robotics. \u201cThe system\u2019s flexibility, high-density storage, and intelligent software make it well-suited to complex building layouts while supporting efficient operations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intelligent software integration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0Movu Warehouse Execution System (WES)\u00a0coordinates all warehouse processes in real time.\u00a0Movu ops\u00a0converts orders into transport tasks,\u00a0Movu tower\u00a0optimizes shuttle allocation and routing, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expo21xx.com\/material_handling\/22859_st3_agv_warehouse\/default.htm\">Movu<\/a> pilot\u00a0ensures precise shuttle movement. This modular software framework enables\u00a0scalable and efficient operations\u00a0while providing real-time visibility and control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Integrating the Movu atlas system allows us to<\/em> combine high warehouse density with maximum dynamics.
